Millions in tax dollars being spent on rail & bus studies

Tampa, Florida - Ever since President Obama announced the money for high speed rail from Tampa to Orlando, the Tampa Bay Regional Transit Agency has been planning to put a program together of increased bus service and light rail. They plan to do this to make traveling in the area easier.
